About Us
We are a small business that consists of a strong 5 person team in our office, a warehouse manager and a team of 10+ lead contractors. Our main concern on every job is the quality of work and offering you the best customer service we possibly can.
When you sign up for a project to be done by us, you don't just get a contractor that looks at you as a dollar sign. You sign up to work with a team of professionals that work with you every step of the way. From the minute you call us, you are assigned at least one person in the office to be by your side the entire time. We view our customers as a part of our family and always take the extra step to make sure you get what you pay for and done the proper way.
Our Community and Going Green
We are firm believers in giving back to the community and taking care of those around us and those in need. We are one of the main donors to (former employee place). Restore CNY is a non profit youth organization providing a safe community for kids to go to when in need. We want to create a stronger, tight knit community by working with others in the area and inspire others to do the same.
One major goal here at CNY is to reduce our carbon footprint as much as possible. We understand that this takes time with strong consistent action. We have started to do this by making the switch from gas to electric vehicles and plan to continue this in the future and continue to do everything in our power to do our part in saving the planet.
Our Philosophy
Trust is a very strong word and we do not take that lightly. Remodeling your home is very exciting, but can also be very stressful at the same time. We believe there is nothing more important than trust between a company and it's customers. In today's world there seems to be a large disconnect and we want to bridge that gap. According to a survey posted just over a year ago, over 85% of businesses and employees thought consumers had a strong level of trust in their companies. Unfortunately, only about 30% of customers actually said that they did. We hope to completely flip those numbers upside down, and eliminate that thought completely when it comes to each and every one of our relationships. When you decide to work with CNY, we will always do everything in our power to provide a 5 star service with top quality products and the peace of mind knowing that we have your back incase anything doesn't go as planned.
